We are proud to be the partner of the CSC scholarship. This is a very generous scholarship which provides full financial support. In particular, our university will waive the international tuition fee and CSC will provide the living allowance.
The application will open every year around October. Please note this is a three-step application.
- Step 1: Potential applicants should first apply for a University of Liverpool PhD in the normal way. Visit our Applying page for instructions on how to apply. Please state clearly on the PhD application form that you wish to apply for ‘Liverpool CSC scholarship’ funding.
- Step 2: You can apply as soon as you get your student ID (this will be a number beginning ‘201’). To apply, please complete the CSC application form (54.7KB, DOCX) and send that along with an academic CV and a 500 word research proposal, outlining your plans to the address on the form. Please do not apply if you do not have the student ID.
